Pros

- The job keeps me active with plenty of things to do - Good pace, we have enough room to rest between tasks - People move with purpose but still make time to smile - Even on high-pressure days, there’s no panic - The setup is simple but works well

Cons

I don’t find anything to be difficult, working as a team makes everything easier

Pros

Direct deposit always hit on time.

Cons

This was a numbers-first, people-last kind of place. There was no room to ask for help or adjust the pace - even when you were clearly overloaded. If you weren't hitting a number, it didn't matter why. Everyone was replaceable, and it showed in how they treated you.
