Pros

Well-run company. Good chance to learn customer service skills. Friendly team of real professionals. Fair pay and solid benefits (401k, health insurance, PTO, employee discounts, and a referral program). Variety in day-to-day activities: tours, CRM follow-ups, and admin work.

Cons

You have to be available on some weekends.

Pros

I oversee different teams, meet with residents, and handle various tasks — all of this without someone constantly checking up on me. The workload is steady and manageable, and support from the leadership is available when needed. The benefits are solid—a 401(k) match, good health insurance, and paid vacation that I actually get to take. I also appreciate that the company promotes from within whenever possible.

Cons

There's no reason to be displeased with my work situation.
