Pros

Company benefits were ok and better than other because they will USE you as much as they could!

Cons

Too much workload, long working hours, and too many annoying people, make the day awful and extremely exhausting. I've already asked support from the manager too many times, but was blatantly ignored even by upper management. They don't care how much stress you're in, just do your job no matter how INSANELY TIRED you are!

Pros

I do recommend people doing the HR department. The career path is aggressive since you are closer to the bosses and best of all, you don't do anything 7 days a week, 365 days a year!!

Cons

All the cons written about learning and training were 100% true, especially the quality of the HR department. The fact that they have pre-determined/robotic responses to different types of negative Glassdoor feedback tells you how genuine they are. Everyone is brainwashed to believe that they had the most radically innovative minds in the world Try criticizing or commenting on their propaganda, their culture would organically phase you out.

Poor career alignment for employees

Pros

Everyone in my team was approachable and eager to share their knowledge and my manager cared about our growth.

Cons

No communication between management and staff. You must compete with others to gain favor of the management as they appreciate people based on who they like rather then who's performinng the best; They would instruct you to work on the most mundane tasks. If they decide they don't like you, you're given vague meesages indicating "people are angry" and then rolled off your promotion no matter how well you are performing.
