I'm trying hard to think of positive things but none come to mind.

Cons

PCP, especially corporate, does not value their employees and only care about money. You'll be overworked without proper compensation for your hard work and if you don't meet their expectations, they compromise your salary and your hard-earned commission. Management's greediness has intensified over the years. I do not recommend this company to anyone for employment or living.

Both employees and clients are treated with care, making everything feel personal and meaningful. The people here are amazing, kind and always willing to help. The compensation is fair, the benefits are solid, and the bonuses are a great perk. This is hands down the best company I’ve worked for.
