You provide a service and they provide a paycheck. If this is all you need, you'll survive.

Cons

As a former employee, I feel compelled to share my horrible experiences on the unethical practices that plague this company. Employees are expected to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. This constant pressure to meet unrealistic metrics leads to long working hours and failure to obtain commissions. What broke me to leave this company is I had a manager harassing me daily. Joining this company was the worst mistake I've ever made.
