It's not wise to spend a lot of time here and quit as soon as you can if you are after financial growth.

Cons

The top management offered very poor and terrible pay but expected a lot from every employee. You were supposed to work long, stressful, brutal, and exhausting hours independently. It was horrible that the management offered no support even when you were stuck with a problem. Even after all that effort, they offered no financial or career growth. It was ridiculous and motivated me to quit. BEWARE!

This company has a toxic workplace culture because the management is useless. The managers are fake because they act as if they care about employees. But in reality, they are hostile and rude towards us, and they try their best to avoid having to avoid our needs. the managers are really unprofessional, and it was not a pleasure working with them.
