      Pros

      In my opinion, this is the best company to work for. The chances for advancement are fantastic and our efforts are always appreciated. Understanding that all our efforts are not in vain increases our motivation and substantially aids in maintaining productivity.

      I don't remember having one at all.

      Cons

      There's extreme toxicity in the work environment, and this can be attributed to the negative work culture and unprofessional management. The managers are often hostile toward the employees, and this gets adopted by the employees themselves. They also like lying, so the workplace becomes a very toxic pool of lying people.
