      I don’t believe this company has any.

      Cons

      Priderock Capital Partners is a terrible company that has a lot of problems. The salary here is horrible, especially given the brutal workloads and high expectations of the leadership. Also, our leaders here are mostly useless. Aside from assigning tasks and work to employees, I rarely feel their presence. They don’t provide support or do anything about the problems in the workplace.

      I like giving tours, answering questions, and helping people find their new home. Overall, I think the job is a good fit for those who like working with people. The atmosphere is friendly, and team members help each other when days get busy. Plus, managers will guide and support you if questions arise.
