Pros

I cannot think of a single positive thing. Working here was completely miserable.

Cons

The salary is insultingly low. Employees are paid barely anything while expected to work long hours. Unrealistic expectations push staff far beyond their limits for minimal reward. The company demands dedication without offering fair compensation. Anyone expecting fairness is better off avoiding this place entirely.

Still a good place to work, and I like it

Pros

The company is growing, but the culture hasn't changed—it's still professional and low-drama. An accessible manager who trusts me to manage my workload independently. Clear respect for boundaries, with no expectation of after-hours responses. A collaborative team that genuinely enjoys working together.

Cons

Days when the workloads and pace picks up, simply exhausting

Pros

Some coworkers genuinely cared about maintaining the properties.

Cons

Maintenance work should revolve around keeping properties in great condition. Instead, many issues were allowed to sit unresolved until they became urgent problems. Preventive planning rarely seemed to receive attention. That reactive approach made the job far more stressful than necessary. Pride in the work becomes difficult when problems are only addressed after they escalate.
