Growing brand. Opportunities to advance due to expansion goals

Cons

Salaried management will be clocking in 50-60 hours a week (exhausting for retail) No work life balance, unrealistic expectations from upper management, corporate. Clothes is very cheap both in price and quality. Clientele is not ideal. (Bargain bin/deal hunters)
