Pros
Going home couldn't wait to finish work! But also the staff are really nice! Pitty the senior management couldn't be like that! Lead by example that's what I say!!! But the senior management are so far up there own arses they can't see that the staff are great workers and with out them they wouldn't have a job!!!!
Cons
Training is shocking for management no respect for the individual! No diversity when it comes to management slagging staff off! Changing your days off with 1 or 2 days notice!
