Not much opportunity to grow unless you are friendly with higher-ups. Poor communication amongst management which tends to overwhelm associates. No work-life balance. No one cares much for product handling so if there's items on the floor, everyone will simply walk over it or pretend they don't see it. When putting items back onto the sales floor, no one cares if the size matches the hanger or stickers for the customers. You might be considerably underpaid compared to someone doing the same job as you when you are salary.
