Pros
Good salary: 16$ an hour Easy work but can become tedious. You will be trained in every aspect of retail, Pos system, fitting room, zoning, and even stockroom/freight team. My managers at my store are respectable and friendly. I don’t feel afraid to talk to them. The P/C team is the best HR team I’ve ever dealt with, Respectable and honest with employees. PTO is accrued via hours worked! Meaning you gain as many PTO days as you want.
Cons
They are very particular in meeting the reusable bag quota, you must offer customers reusable bags. The work is easy, but can become tedious/monotonous and you can become stuck working certain department or “position” for months. You only get a 30 min break if you work 6 1/2 hours and an 1 hour break if you work 8 hours.

The pay is great for the entry level but that's how they hook you in

They hook you in with great pay but then you absolutely will be doing the work of a DM for definitely NOT the DM pay thats for sure. The part time employees you have to babysit every day are freaking awful and you have to put up with verbal abuse and harassment from these 17 year old kids who don't care and will make more effort into making your life miserable then the actual job. HR is basically usless and doesn't give a crap about anything except for preventing lawsuits and planning pizza parties and game nights. The management "team" as a whole is horrible, all absolutely hate eachothers guts and also doesn't care. And good luck with ever moving up. It'll never happen, they've made sure of that by cutting all the DM positions down lol
