Pros

Family oriented depending on which department you’re in.

Cons

Some employees get away with more than others, it’s very unfair. The pay isn’t great. They can’t afford to hire people who actually know what they’re doing. They put unqualified and unprofessional people into management positions. They only care about numbers and doing things the “easy” way instead of the right way.

Cons

Underpaid, non-competitive pay, high turnover due to overworking underpaid employees. Executives care only about numbers and do not care about patient satisfaction or employees.
