Toxic work environment in administration department (can't speak to other business units):
- Senior leadership is inexperienced
- Lack of authenticity and integrity from leaders
- Poor culture
- Listening is passive
- Too much focus on output, not enough focus on employees
- Lack of transparency and poor communication from the top down
- Inexperienced HR leaders, staff feedback is used against them
- Organization takes on too much and stretches employees thin
- Organization furloughed and laid off employees in 2020, matter in which this was done lacked empathy and was unprofessional
- Organization unable to go through needed structural change unless senior leadership changes
- Decision making is top down only
- Awkward and uncomfortable environment in administration office
