Little opportunity to advance unless someone steps down, quits, or you move to a different state. Upper management recommendeds doing fraud to hit goals and they aren’t afraid to explain how you should pitch it to make the customer think it’s a deal. Encouraged to offer bill credits to get extra opps out or set up fake Cru (company accounts) for regular consumers to hit goals. Always some type of issue with the computers software that makes your job harder, programs have issues, internet goes down. Nothing ever works like it should.
