A lot of people with similar interest, good benefits, and vacation.

Cons

Company refuses to fire people who break codes of conduct, so long as they are performing and producing numbers. They show favorites, and have little in the ways of morals and ethics.

Good hours, easy to attend college and keep up with school.

Cons

They will not protect you from ATT Cor and try and pay you the bare minimum or nothing at all on commissions. Their comp team is extremely one sided and the company does not look out for its employees.

The commission is great during holiday season, flexible schedule

Cons

Seems like they don't want employees to succeed. They constantly raise quotas even on slow months when they're lucky to get a customer and if you fail to meet 1 requirement for pay plan then you run the risk of having your commission cut in half or not getting it at all.
