Pros
There is plenty of room to grow in the company. You educate yourself on most of the products. Discounts on At&t products including cell phone plans.
Cons
They fire people left and right. Your job is threatened every other week. As much as they say they don't want to micro manage their employee they do. Up to 10 conference calls a week so even if you were promoted you'd think twice about it because of the time you'd be wasting over the phone.
