The you put into customers you will be rewarded with a nice commison check

Cons

It seems very little is done to employees who are constantly taking advantage of management, calling off, leaving early etc

Pros

Lot of down time and getting 10-12 to sit around is great. Especially for someone in school who needs to get some school work done. The goal is 45 sales which is very obtainable.

Cons

Commission is paid out 3months in the back. No way to split sales for those return customers who want to shop with you but show up while your at lunch. Big Con: managers will say anything to close a sale. Theres no real apathy for the customer if they are not spending money.
