Pros

Pushes you to work harder and strive for better. It can potentially help you better your sales skills and possible advancements.

Cons

You are nothing but a number. The company can care less about you. High in favoritism and full of slimy manipulative management. Quotas can be unrealistic and you are treated like a slave.

Pros

I'm new to the company but my coworkers as well as management are all friendly and easy to work with. The days go by quick at my store with the constant flow of customers.

Cons

The only con I've come across so far is that the schedule changes every week. It'd be nice if the hours and days stayed consistent but maybe with time.
