Pros

The pay is not bad just not great. Commission based so you control how much you make. Alot of potential products to sell.

Cons

The hours are very long and its hard to have a healthy work life balance, the goals they set for stores are unrealistic and if you quit they wont pay you commissions that you deserve and already earned
