Pros

People, Pay, Benefits, Management. I am honored to work for Prime and I am very excited to see what the future has in store. This is definitely a class act company!

Cons

I don't have any complaints. Prime has treated me very good and it's a pleasure working for them. I look forward to growing with this fantastic company.

Pros

Family atmosphere - I feel like I've made some great friends at Prime. Compensation - this isn't a place for under performers. If you perform you are compensated very nicely. Upward mobility - this company is growing quickly. In the short couple of years I have been with Prime I've seen numerous promotions, including my own.

Cons

Nothing is perfect. The company could offer better benefits. It could certainly offer a high base pay - but for me I'd prefer a lower floor on base pay with a higher ceiling for those who perform. That encourages people to push themselves and achieve. If you would rather be a middle of the pack type of person there are probably better places to work.

Pros

They were VERY flexible with my hours while I was taking classes college classes full time and were always willing to give me time off (if requested in advance) even though I didn't have PTO! (You do get PTO after one year.) I made $8/hr with a commission at the end of each month. To me, this is a great opportunity for someone who didn't even have a college degree. I was making $800-$1200 on average for commission alone. So, about $1,500 - $2,000 /monthly depending on my performance.

Cons

The ONLY reason I left this job was because I found something after graduating that was more geared to my field of study and had a solid salary.
