Pay is extremely lucrative and you will love this place if you're looking for a competitive, fast paced environment. Also tons of great opportunities to advance as the company grows - most promotions are internal!

Cons

Being that the industry is very fast-paced and competitive with daily change, it takes a certain type of person to really tackle a lucrative yet stressful position like retail sales.
