      Flexible schedule, no weekend

      Cons

      Unorganized, they just let go people quick no notice, in the exact day. One daw you will just come to work and it will be your last day. Unrealistic goals, all about numbers, very pushy about production while very disorganized, long time employees are lazy, that’s why work has more volume. Not worth it to invest your time. Not appreciated. Do not waste your time, there are better places to work, be this last on the list.

      Pros

      To get a paycheck. Their commitment really shows in their restrictive health plan and their crappy 401k plan. The match is only for certain people who can’t afford to contribute and is minimal for a company it’s size.

      Cons

      Be prepared to be ignored for months at a time. You'll know next to nothing about the broader company but it's teetering on the brink of insolvency. When they get past this, they'll be back as they've been there many times before. As others have mentioned, the company is also in legal trouble and assets would likely have to be sold to pay the fines or pare down the company's debt. As to salaries, the company wants to be the low wage leader, the Wal Mart of healthcare.
