Pros
The health plan is excellent. Low premiums if you go within network. Good place to start if you have zero experience.
Cons
Where to start. Awful pay. Awful hours. Don't let them put you on salary. You will not have a time of day for yourself for a crap pay. Have been asked by supervisors to do illegal things. They're being investigated by the Department of Justice for Medicare Fraud. They let people go left and right. In the time I spent there I had 4 different supervisors and I only worked here less than a year. Poor work conditions in pretty sure it's against code to have 20 desks shoved in a tiny room. People are miserable and there are no incentives for anyone to do good work. Everyone is always scared of losing their jobs. High turnover rate. Maybe clinical side isn't bad but stay away from corporate. If you're in management three people could and should do your one job. If you take sick leave or vacation you will still get emails and texts.
