Health insurance benefits are good if you can use their services- minimal or no copays.

Cons

This is for profit healthcare. They make a lot of promises about what they’re not going to do, but then they will turn around and cut anything they can. Check the news articles about cut services, and transforming some hospitals into micro hospitals.
