None. What little we had, they stripped Away.

Cons

No bonus pay, no extra shift pay, removed weekend differential for Majority of employees. Insurance is expensive and the employees that are going to tier one providers are Saying that their claims are being denied. Ratios are going to increase. No transparency from Prime. Senators of Illinois threatening to investigate Prime. Cutting services. days at a time when we have no surgical coverage. Shipping people out when they should be able to receive care locally because the hospital doesn’t have the services available.
