Pros

Will spend money on new equipment.

Cons

Poor wages. Hassled by management, on work hours. They make us leave when it's slow, and never appreciate us when it's busy.

Pros

Staff are friendly and helpful

Cons

Employers do not have anything positive to say about admistration. Administration is more concerned about the bottom line instead of the welfare of their workers.

Pros

This company is being sued for Medicare billing fraud to the point that the US Dept. of Justice is involved with the case. That's a "Pro" because it may force the CEO and his "foundation" to sell many hospitals to new ownership in order to pay the assuredly heavy fines he'll incur soon. No hospital or community deserves this trash company.

Cons

- Threats - Lowest possible nurse-to-patient ratios - Bare bones staffing and management layer is way too thin - Turnover rate is unsustainably high due to the previously listed items - Salaries are laughably low, raises are miniscule and mostly not even offered - Salaried staff is expected to work 60-70 hrs/week minimum - Prime doesn't even do real annual performance evaluations; it's a joke - This company slashes American jobs and sends coding & billing work to India - They will only buy something if it's the cheapest, even if doctors hate it - Most employees at the corporate office are somehow related to the founder/CEO & are underqualified - Company wants to go public but their operations are in constant chaos so they can't, plus they are being sued right now - Communication from the corporate office is non-existent, except when the CEO or VPs call from California to levy threats on revenue cycle & finance employees because they aren't hitting their numbers.
