Offer shadowing for cases. Understanding recruiter staff when a case change needs to be made.
Cons
No automatic yearly raise to contend with inflation. Overall low pay for the demands and liability of the job. The biggest con of working for the LA office was that payment was not on time and payroll unorganized. Also paper charting that was unreliable to send in the mail so many nurses would have to drive to the office to deliver charting on their own time and gas money. Some cases are located in unsafe neighborhoods.
