      Prime is the most employee eccentric focused company I have ever worked for?

      Pros

      Fair to good benefits, free fruit or bagels on Wednesdays, if you search real hard you might be able to find a second or two of peace and quiet somewhere at the end of a hall or something. Some people think it is a pro to have the option to stand at your desk or even have a desk.

      Cons

      Someone from CR management wrote this: "Prime is the most employee eccentric focused company I have ever worked for". They may be right. Prime very well may be employee eccentric. I don't know. However, I do know they are not employee centric. Shows how out of touch management is with its employees. Most in the dept. I was in can't wait to get out.

      Pros

      The hours are nice when you have a family and kids to take care of. They really promote a great work/life balance. No one even the AVP every stay past 5.

      Cons

      No opportunity to grow. Favoritism at its best. All of directors are former employees of top leaders in a former life. Unethical and immoral behavior is rampant in Irving location. They have transferred some of those people up to the Headquarters and have promoted them. Although they were the cause of the problems and people leaving in Irving, they promote these unethical people. This doesn't make sense to those of us trying to get ahead. No sense of morals.

      Good benefits. I know there is a requirement for more but to be honest, that really is it.

      Cons

      Keep in touch after I left and keep up on the reviews, it seem to be even worse then when I was there. Work/life balance issues, technology issues staying with outdated platforms and applications, lack of vision, poor senior leadership, very cliquey.
