Pros

Compensation is good because Prime is scrambling to fill vacant positions that's been abandoned or positions recently created due to the fast growth of the company.

Cons

Poor management and decision making is steering company into a state of instability at the moment. The lack of ability to sustain growth has caused Prime to lose smaller clients and they are currently either on probation with bigger clients right now, or in the process of losing them. Management emphasize the need for high output, quality of work is no longer regarded as an importance due to the discrepancy between clients and the quality assurance team (auditors and trainers). Currently, there isn't really a set process on how things should be done, so the best workers are the ones who are good at improvising with good decision making. As for the human factor or work-life balance of Prime, you'd be lucky if you get half of Sunday off, but if you're a production worker (Pharmacists and Technicians) please cross off family/friends time from your to do list. Within the past 6 months the CFO resigned, the Senior Director of Clinical Review has been reassigned a different role, Director of Clinical Review Programs resigned, the Manager of Clinical Operations resigned and several tenured lead supervisors resigned. These changes, some are good, most of the changes doesn't make any sense. To sum up the current situation of the company, it's a mess. A very big mess!

Pros

I had a job for 9 months

Cons

I was on the Magellan side for 6 months before being promoted and moving to the Prime side & that’s where the issues started. The internal job posting was a lie, it required 12 weeks of training courses that were 9 hours with little breaks & the instructors would get mad at you for looking away, checking your phone or “not paying attention” was told by our Supervisor who initials are S.R. That they monitor all of our accounts & if she feels we are “studying too much” then we may get written up, was told I can’t access class notes outside on my own time to study for the obnoxious amounts of quizzes they give you which you have to get 95% on or you get written up. Needed to leave for a personal issue & was told by the supervisor that my approved Bonus (a good amount of money) that because I didn’t have a “performance review” with her about my performance with my old manager that I will not be getting my raise. I was denied a raise because she was offended. Oh yeah, they’ll send you like 3 monitors, several laptops, docking ports, keyboards, mouses, cords, etc & then expect you to ship it all back, which they won’t reimburse you for, so get ready to shell out $400 dollars to send back their own stuff.

Pros

Bagels on 1st Wednesday of the month Can meet good people

Cons

High school all over again and the mean girls are now your managers/directors. There is a lot of favoritism by management and they unfairly judge you based on how they personally feel about you instead of on your actual performance. But it doesn’t matter what you do to try to please them because they will just find something else that isn’t good enough for them. Nothing is every enough.
