Pros
Good Co workers, good benefits package lots of other during peak season
Cons
Lacking in management department. Supervision tends to do a lot of facoring, beat around the bush thing. Communication between worker and supervisors are really lacking. They tend to not want to heat what you say. If you tell them what you think or say the wrong thing they tend to make you feel the pressure. Too much micro managing. I get that some micro managing is ok but when you want to know everything is bit to much. Example going to the bathroom. Career advancement is hard since you have to be in your current position for a year. If they notice people are leaving they make sure that you can't move up because supervisors didn't plan well.
