      Pros

      Prime provides flexible scheduling, has an excellent benefits package including 401K, 4 weeks vacation, medical and dental insurance from day one of employment. They also have huge growth opportunities within the company.

      Cons

      The only disappointing thing about the company is that you are stunted to the department you are hired in for one year. You can move around within that department, but if another opportunity comes up with higher pay that you are qualified for, your supervisor will turn it down for you if you have not been in your current department for a year.
