      Very interesting company with a lot of growth potential. Some great people who have worked to make it the success that it is.

      Cons

      Management has forgotten the hard work and dedication of folks who made it happen. They replace who teams within a year. Lots of Management turnover - only 1 executive who was here 3 years ago still is. Poor HR team - not truthful in dealing with employees; they tend to let a lot of people go in their own department, which tells you something Lots of little fiefdoms among senior leaders. Too hard to get any projects done -- there's a backup of projects for the next 24 months!
