Team was great, Original leadership was great, Pay and benefits were very good. Work life balance was good at first.

Cons

- Turn over in leadership every 6 months or so. - Work life balance changed to way more in works direction - No raises as they maxed us out at our positions - but would not promote us even though we were doing the work of two levels above me. - Company environment changed a lot - Last leader was trying to have me help them undermine my last leader to take over that roll.
