      I can’t think of anything

      Leadership is horrible, you deal with angry customers all the time, they completely changed the commission structure to where you don’t make money, very low salary, micromanaging is encouraged and extremely high turnover among the sales execs.

      There are no pros to working here.

      Cons

      I was literally bullied and made to feel worthless. Completely ruined my experience and made for a toxic work environment. This was made worse by lack of flexibility—literally forced to choose between not being paid or taking a vacation day during inclement weather.

      the view was nice. theres about 3 nice people there

      the manager and the director are extremely petty. They tend to hire a bunch of colored folk then fire them all or force them out over and over
