      Pros

      Have a lot of opportunities to learn on different subjects as cross training, shadowing....People working friendly and treat you like a family member. there are a lot of good treats during the year like birthday month, quarter end party, pot luck...

      Too cold even summer time, there is busy time when Quarter End coming

      Pros

      There is a huge ability to grow within the company if you work hard. I always feel very respected and my ideas are heard.

      Pros

      Management is wonderful. Everyone supports one another across the board. Culture of the company is great. You are not just another number here. They ask and listen to your input about different strategies to make the company and yourself better. Work life balance is here! Training and room for growth within the company is here!

      Cons

      Have more social events across the entire company. This will allow everyone to get to know one another and the different departments. Which will bring more of a positive vibe when talking to friends/family/coworkers about the company.
