      Not only do you learn a lot but you are challenged. Not a boring environment at all.

      year end can be stressful.

      Pros

      PrimePay's "extra degree" mission statement is what inspired me to join the team and going the extra mile is easy to do when I know that my work is appreciated! The people I work with, coworkers and clients, make every day enjoyable. I really appreciate that the company encourages interaction between the departments and because of that, I know that if I ever have a question or problem, I can count on getting the assistance or solution that I need. PrimePay also encourages promotions and hiring from within, so employees know that if their current position is not the perfect fit, other opportunities are available.

      Cons

      I wish we had a bullet point overview of each department, just so that everyone could give a quick look see at what the other people in the company do.
