Pros

-It was good experience on a resume - I did gain some knowledge in the field that I would not have otherwise. -The coworkers were wonderful and helpful - we shared the same frustrations.

Cons

-Low pay for what was expected. -Often did the work of other departments, were not properly trained or compensated for the extra work load. -Senior management had no idea what our job load was - asked several employees type of e-mails with their daily tasks. -Overtime was only offered once work was heavily backed up - reactive, not proactive.

Must be a relative of company execs to move up in company hierarchy.

Pros

Training, training, training.....Not much else to say, trainers were very receptive and helpful. Information relevant to job responsibilities.

Cons

Training, training, training.....! Being a payroll company should mean payroll is run correctly, for both clients AND staff. Every other paycheck I received need to be adjusted, wrong amounts were deducted for taxes and other expenses. A word of caution to businesses when considering this company as a payroll provider.

Pros

Great opportunity to learn the ins and outs of referral based, B2B sales. You can be as successful as you want to be. No structured daily regiment, you're providing a service that every business owner needs so there is no shortage of prospects.

Cons

Micromanaged micromanaging. I learned how to create detailed reports regarding the reporting procedures that should be followed in order to report my numbers to my direct report. Seriously External market factors are not taken into account when quotas are assigned Customer service needs to be able to accommodate growth. Sales people can get bogged down involved in day-to-day transactional processes.
