Pros

Great entry-level sales position - college grads this is a great start to a sales career! Great customer service and competitive products.

Cons

PrimePay has poor employee retention, pay is not competitve within industry (even though they promise you a lot when they hire you - be careful and do your homework!), empty promises from exectuive level, extreme nepotism, boys' club, very little growth opportunites.

Honestly, the worst company I have ever been exposed to...on any level! They made their employees write GOOD reviews. You do the math! Long hours, terrible pay, awful leadership, weak service offering, expensive benefits, rampant nepotism, ethically bankrupt, heavy micro management....just a lousy company from head to toe
