Really the only positive thing I can say is I met a few nice people.

Cons

The person who supposedly “trained” me did not want to do it and it was very rushed. Made me feel stupid when I asked questions. There was a lot of backstabbing in my department which made it a very toxic environment . I also witnessed a lot of turnover. The best decision I made was to leave this place.

Anyone looking at Glassdoor knows that this website is littered with disgruntled employees with an ax to grind. If you are considering a career at PrimePay then think about being on board a rocket ship. The company has experienced substantial growth over the previous few years and that trend is continuing. The growth in the company allows for great career growth if you are willing to put in the work and separate yourself from the pack. The growth also causes a few bumps along the way as the organization figures things out (similar to a rocket ship taking off!) You can either get on for the ride, be a part of positively working through the few bumps and reap the benefits or get bogged down by growing pains and come to Glassdoor to air your grievances! It's your choice but my advice is join the team before we hit orbit.

Cons

In office culture is a great atmosphere but not the best for someone who needs the ability to telecommute.

This company has nothing except more work so that management exalts with joy about their 30 years of existence.

Cons

what's to share when individuals get sick , suddenly every person must fill the void. Yet, upsetting when your co-worker takes a vacation then suddenly takes another several days approved by the Manager. How thoughtful and considerate ?
