      The benefits were ok.

      Cons

      This company was working as separate offices for many years and only recently have attempted to become one corporation. Senior management does not foster a team work approach. They place employees in executive management roles that have no interpersonal skills. The employees are over worked and management has unrealistic expectations of the employees. If you take this job go in with the intent to gain experience , not a long term career.

      Most co workers and there was parking

      Cons

      New management has caused loyal, hard working employees to be fired by elimination of their job, employees are quitting left and right. Old management needs to pay attention. New management doesn't always mean things will change for the best. I never saw a company lose employees so fast. The employees are not "bodies" as one of the new management refers to them. they are people. PP has been and still is losing their hard working employees.

      Pros

      Great co-workers always willing to help when needed. Supervisors are willing to help when asked usually they are busy too. Easy parking. Not much special just s regular place to work.

      Cons

      Benefits is not good and raises are small. Understaffed and not in a rush to hire so just pile works onto other people. Really fast pace and pressure job. Always hd d dead lines to meet.
