Pros

PrimePay accounting department is headed by experienced professional accountants. The environment is friendly and communication is clear and supportive. Goals and responsibilities are known and performance is noted.

Cons

There are not that many people in office when I go in, since so many employees are 100% remote.

Pros

a paycheck and a handful of nice co workers.

Cons

1. My manager is a micromanager, Calls and messages off the clock. Their action shows they do not trust their employees. If they mess up, they do not take accountability for it. 2. Upper management doesn't care; all talk no action 3. No accountability; payroll doesn't help tax even if problems and solutions is handed to them on a silver platter. 4. Director lies during interview about work life balance. When I approached them about my manager they basically told me to suck it up. 5. False promises which lead to training multiple people on the same task because management kept changing who would take on the work 6. Requested to move departments because of manager and I got blocked. 7. Management lies about wages so they don't have to pay the employees that have been there for years more. (not matching to the current market value) 7. PTO and sick time are together and not separated.

We're truly grateful for your candid feedback, especially highlighting the significance of your colleagues. The challenges you've faced with micromanagement, trust issues, and accountability lapses are discouraging to hear, and do not reflect our vision of a supportive environment. We're taking your concerns regarding management, miscommunications, and compensation disparities seriously. Your input is invaluable as we strive to foster a workplace culture grounded in respect, transparency, and equitable treatment for everyone. Thank you for sharing your insights; your feedback will guide us in making meaningful improvements.
