Pros

I've worked in marketing at a few other software companies and PrimePay has been the best experience so far. I'm feel I'm challenged and empowered to do my best on my OKRs and contribute the company's success. The larger marketing team (and outside marketing) is super collaborative and teamwork is big here (no silos!). This is the best team I've worked in!

Cons

While we are a mature company, we are going through a lot of change which makes it feel like a scale up at times with the expected chaotic vibe. Our CMO and Executive Team do a good job of communicating changes and actually rolling their sleeves up to lead.

Pros

Used to be a fantastic place to work

Cons

Completely changed the company around 2021 - changed the service model to no dedicated service rep to whoever answers the phone which could be hours - Pricing went up - service went down - The wheels have officially come off.
