      Pros

      - Most of the people I worked with were great, very helpful, and wanted to improve the company. - Flexible PTO - Assembly recognition program was an excellent addition to incentivize employees to perform well. - Choice to work overtime for most of the year.

      Cons

      - Significant layoffs in 2023. - Upper management hirings, firings, and resignations were frequent (including 3 CEOs) with some of them only being employed for a half-year or less. - Management created hostile division between departments (us VS them mentality) with frequent finger pointing and blaming. - I was not paid the minimum amount for my position that was advertised in the new job description. - Unprofessional behavior and communication by a particular senior level employee that was tolerated and defended. - No consistent or uniform communication platform which caused confusion.

      There are some good coworkers you work with.

      Cons

      Constant change within the organization with senior sales leadership changing multiple times within about a year. Very disorganized with haphazard resources and processes. If I had to do it all over again I wish I would have joined a different organization.
