Pros
You get to work with lovely coworkers who truly care about you. They are the reason you continue to come back to work.
Cons
The higher leaders are horrible with transparency, they do not give you the proper training and you are left to figure things out yourself. They won't tell you anything until the last minute. No sense or direction and you will be left in the dark with no follow-ups. The company only thinks about money and the client, you are just a working minion that can easily be replaced.
