      Pros

      Primepay used to be a great family business to work for.Be careful with them because the Venture capitalists came and changed the company. They now have a HCM they push nobody has heard of.

      Cons

      Benefits are not great. Employees have left in droves in the last year. Used to be a great organization.

      Dysfunctional, unorganized company with subpar benefits outside of PA

      Pros

      I'm no longer there, along with about a half dozen other employees who left during and shortly after my short tenure there.

      Cons

      Upper management and leadership displays a massive lack of talent and ability to successfully run a business remotely post pandemic. No checks and balances enables the deaf to lead the blind unrestrained.
