Pros
The employees within this company are very kind and supportive of one another. This is a good company to gain a better understanding of the corporate world - especially for college grads.
Cons
Employees are under-appreciated by upper management, pay is minimal, very little flexibility regarding PTO, HR is very unapproachable and they don't utilize employee engagement surveys. Tabs are always kept on the whereabouts of employees by the front desk and the promise of growth is false.
