No pros here! Horrible company and seems like nothing will ever change. Whatever good reviews this company has is ALL FAKE and written by management themselves.

Cons

The list goes on - management treats their employees like crap, you get no respect what so ever. They keep piling on work but your pay stays the same. Recently promoted female supervior is the worst from the bunch - under qualified, extremely unprofessional attention seeker who has no life at all and likes to talk down on her team mates. This company has lost so many wonderful employees because of their management skills. Only stay here until you find something better and when you do RUN AND NEVER LOOK BACK.

I truly cannot think of any. Even if you are desperate for a job there has to be a better alternative.

Cons

Everything. The sales leadership is a guys club and provides little to no support for day to day sales roadblocks. They have 0 brand recognition nationally and don’t try to expand that at all. You also have to wear a full suit and tie for internal meetings where no one will ever see you except your fellow coworkers. It’s a very strange culture with extremely outdated policies. They pay significantly lower than most other companies. They promise you the ability to earn a lot in commission but neglect to tell you that selling their product is near impossible with no unique values to it. If you look on their careers page there are upwards of 15-20 open outside sales roles at any given time.

Pros

Good first job and decent co-workers. The tasks to be completed were good for someone just starting out. I learned a lot here

Cons

Minimal career pathing and pay is HORRIBLE. No training program. Behavior from Senior Management was awful! Favoritism runs rampent. No disipline for bad performance. Harsh reactions to small problems. Exec Management drives around in sports cars while staff works mandatory weekends on terrible pay
