Pros

Wonderful experience at the company thus far! Great work environment and room to grow a career here. Executives are accessible and any resources that you need to excel at this company are provided to you. Hard work and being proactive is recognized.

Cons

Other than more vacation days, none!

Pros

Senior leaders are listening to the employees- Made improvements to the incentive structure, have launched new products that match market need, forward thinking. I am very excited to see where this company is going and if you do well, there is tremendous room for growth and development. It has a small company feel but with tools of a large organization. So, it has the best of both worlds.

Cons

I don't really have any cons. If I had to say something, I'd say there is not much vacation time. However, I knowingly took that hit when I came here and do not regret it.

Pros

Competitive products. Growing industry. Some decent people work here.

Cons

Micromanaged. Expect far too much work for too little pay. No residual income. Very disorganized management. Hire managers from outside.
